"Extremely unprofessional experience. Phone calls were not returned despite multiple attempts to resolve an issue. Our insurance policy was allowed to lapse due to lack of notification, which we were never made aware of until after the fact. This lapse left us unknowingly uninsured and exposed to significant financial and legal risk. When we contacted the office, the employees were unapologetic, dismissive, and offered no meaningful help or accountability. This situation could have had serious consequences, and the lack of communication and customer care was unacceptable. I would not recommend this provider to anyone who expects reliability or professionalism. My mother, Mary Flores, this was her agent/insurance. This is an issue my mother has been dealing with since November 2025. My mother asked for my help to try to make sense of her car insurance, and home owners insurance. At 3:30 I opened a letter saying my home insurance had expired - I had no idea what was going on! Why?? This had never happened to me before - all my bills are paid. I was so confused. My head was spinning - I called Mack to find out what happened and what I needed to do to fix. He said he would call me back within the hour. 45 mins later I answered the phone and Mack had fixed it! Done! He got everybody on the same page, no lapse in insurance, retro activated. Everything back to normal. THIS IS WHY I WILL BE A LIFE LONG MACK FOUNTAIN CUSTOMER! and you should be one too!
