"Updated Review: I still love this company. The service is unparalleled. Price is from 1995. Heard David is no longer with the company. Spoke with Rachele today. I had a LOT of questions regarding my policy, additions, etc. She answered them best she could, as she understandably cannot give quotes for “what if” scenarios. But she did give some very informative information even so! I need to call back and ask about renters insurance. It was one of the things I wanted to mention, but I had so much fun on the phone with Rachele I forgot to even ask! 🤣 Now that’s great customer service! Making you forget why you even called. lol.
